Ensure Foundation School Directors / Foundation School relationship can be administered easily by users with appropriate permissions.
12830 – PHYSICIAN – Change layout of PYA overview
Add new menu option for Physician Trainees to access PYA forms
12890 – DMS – Update SLE page
Within the DMS site, ensure wording on SLE page is correct and replace linked document.
12894 – DMS – Update available Certificates and Exams
Within the DMS site, ensure that appropriate certificate/exam names are available for selection when creating new Certificate/Exams.
13204 – EPORTFOLIO – External assessor getting error with ticket code
Ensure that tickets cannot be created in error with no associated forms/curriculum items.
13252 – CEM – Listing problem with Reflective Practice Logs [ZEN 6139]
Ensure that the Date of Activity displayed within the Reflective Practice overview page within the CEM site is populated for all forms types.
13363 – EPORTFOLIO – Restore Save as draft option should for external assessors [Reversal of TFS 13221] and enable editing of PSGIF forms that have been saved as draft.
Ensure that “Save as Draft” button is available when keeping records during the ticket completion process, particularly with the FOUNDATION PSGIF Form
13485 – FOUNDATION – Clean up of missing FSD signatures for LNR Foundation School
Ensure appropriate FSD signature is included on certificates for LNR Foundation School.
On Wednesday 7th May at 7pm (BST) we shall be running our second Twitter Chat (#nhsep) about the NHS ePortfolio mobile app. At least two members of the ePortfolio team will be there to help things along, answer questions and provide any inside knowledge.

A Specialty Selection Test is going to be piloted from 13-25 January 2014 for ST1/CT1 applicants, across most specialties. This test will include a Clinical Problem Solving (CPS) test and a Situational Judgement Test (SJT).
Health Education England is working with the devolved nations, Work Psychology group and academics in the University College of London Medical School to pilot the SST. The purpose of this pilot is to evaluate and improve the selection processes currently used. We will also continue to follow applicant progression for a number of years, to ensure a long-term robust evaluation. Ultimately, we want to assess whether these tests are a good predictor of a doctor’s performance throughout their training and to ensure the selection process is reliable, valid, fair and cost-effective.
We are seeking doctors’ help to participate and provide feedback about the pilot test. By participating you will be able to provide your views on this selection method, you will receive a certificate for your portfolio and you will also be eligible to win one of five prizes, which include a 32GB iPad or Kindle Fire HD.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM
Please be aware we are looking into a problem, since this morning, where Administrators locating a trainees account via the ‘Administer Post’ page cannot see the list of supervisors for the posts.
Supervisors can still create and complete forms, and they ARE still attached, but Administrators cannot see the list from the front of the page.
WHAT IS THE WORKAROUND
There are 3 ways administrators can find which supervisors linked to trainee:
(1) Search Trainee
(2) Administrator Posts
(3) Administrator Users
WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED
This is being worked on and a fix date will be released asap. Please use the workaround until advised.
